Selecting Wedding Venue Location. Bride and groom must ensure the best and healthy venue location that is full of green vegetation and located near the city. Wedding reception place should be near to the city in order to conveniently transport the necessary wedding accessories, guests, bride and groom and other wedding related things to the wedding destination. It is also important to choose a place near the vibrant city so that maximum number of guest can attend and enjoy the ceremony.
Large wedding venues sometimes offer set packages, which include a single price per head for their meal, wine, toast drink and evening buffet. All venues should provide you with a price list before you book anything, check if there is a cost for hiring the venue, on top of the consumables. Some venues charge less for Sunday – Thursday weddings, whilst Fridays and Saturdays are more popular wedding days and may cost more.
However, the first thing that should be considered is to select one from the different venue locations in and around the region. Sometimes, it becomes difficult to book the nearest one because of seasonal bookings. It is also important to look at the cost of venue booking, internal arrangements, accessories, tables, cutlery, serving plates, glass wares, chairs, etc. before finalizing the venue. It is the vital factor to consider and the complete wedding budget is dependent on it.
Are you planning for destination wedding? How would you keep all your guests comfortable in all kinds of weather? Do you have any ”Plan B” for your wedding locations in case of rain? What if the weather is uncomfortably humid in the month of July? Does the venue have all the arrangements for air-conditioning in indoor areas where guests will stay? What if the weather is chilling cold? Do they have proper arrangements for heating and has enough of comfortable space for guests?
